Look at our lil' E, he is so stinken cute I can't stand it!! I am so in love.
When we returned home from Ethiopia I expected people to say things. I don't know, the usual, "so where are his REAL parents?" type of things. However, I really don't get a lot of that, people just know he's adopted and don't usually go into much more than that, which is good. What I didn't expect was what I am hearing all the time. Here it is:
"Oh wow, he's a chunky little guy."
I just do not think this is a compliment. He's only in the 50th percentile for weight, which means he is exactly where he is supposed to be for his age. People say to me that it is actually a compliment to say a baby has "chunk" but I just really don't think so.
I don't know, I just feel like I needed to vent on this a bit. Now, I am done and I will just get over it.
In other more exciting news, Eli is officially sleeping through the night without feedings and without crying! YAY!
