What a wonderful day we had on Saturday. My best friend Tara, my sister Erica, My Aunt Jennifer and my friend Rachel threw a wonderful "African Safari" shower for me. What a much needed fun evening for me. As you all know days are kind of dragging along for me as we wait for this referral, but Saturday was absolutely WONDERFUL, filled with anticipation and fun stuff for the lil' one. We also had many of our friends over for wine and cards at our house after the shower and we had a blast! So glad to have some much needed laughs. Since I haven't done pictures in awhile, here are a few from the wonderful event:

Opening presents... such fun! Of course I haven't started all my thank you cards. I bought them tonight and I hope to have them out early next week, but until then let me thank all of you for giving me a day of excitement and smiles, I really truly needed it.
