Isn't this about the most beautiful little girl you've ever seen? And I can tell you something else, she was about the most amazingly fun little friend I have ever had. We went to elementary school together and I wanted her to be my friend so badly, and I remember the very first time that she asked me in true, Leia style to let me run with her while the boys chased her. I was so excited.
Besides swimming and sleepovers, we played fishey store. That was our big thing. Her, myself and Lisa at the counter of her kitchen playing that silly game for hours. I miss her and I can't wait to see her when I get to Heaven someday. I can't wait to tell her how she shaped my life and helped me become the woman I am today. In her short time on Earth she has lived on in my heart in so many ways.
I know this has nothing to do with adoption, but I don't care. I am sad she's not here and I just wanted to do something on this day so I could see her face again.
