So I haven't done a post about Eli lately. For those of you that don't know him, he's pretty sinkin' fabulous. He has a lot of 2-year old energy, that's for sure, but as always, he's been such a joy to raise.
He's growing like crazy, he barely even needs a booster seat anymore. The crib is now gone (insert mommy tears here) and we have now transitioned to what Eli calls his "big boy nah night".
He's also starting to say sentences now. I can't believe I ever worried about if this child would talk! My favorite is, "Mommy, Daddy, Eli go out eat?" He knows we like to eat out a lot I guess!
Of course he's reading already. Just kidding! (Notice this is that TIME Magazine article that everyone is talking about - check out this link if you want to know what opinion I agree with.)
I just cannot believe how big he is getting. Where oh where did my baby go? We are planning to potty train this summer, so then we will really be out of the baby stages. It's hard to watch him grow so fast, but also very exciting to watch him become a little boy.
